Support for businesses and groups
The workshops will give employees the chance to learn a range of tools and techniques to help improve their mental and physical wellbeing. The interactive workshops can take place face-to-face or remotely depending on your requirements. They are focused around:
- Resilience and Wellbeing
- Managing Stress
- Improving Sleep
- An Introduction to Mindfulness (includes guided meditation practise)
Book a workshop for your business
Each session can be run for groups of 10 - 40 members of staff, and can be delivered either face-to-face at a location of your choice, or online. Dates for workshops are flexible and multiple sessions can be run for larger organisations.
