Wellbeing in the Workplace

Free mental health workshops for businesses and groups

These past few years have been incredibly tough, with the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic contributing to increased pressure and rising levels of burnout across the country.

In response to this, TALKWORKS has launched a selection of ‘Wellbeing in the Workplace’ winter workshops, available free of charge for businesses, organisations and groups across Devon.

The workshops will give employees the chance to learn a range of tools and techniques to help improve their mental and physical wellbeing. The interactive workshops can take place face-to-face or remotely depending on your requirements. They are focused around:

  • Resilience and Wellbeing
  • Managing Stress
  • Improving Sleep
  • An Introduction to Mindfulness (includes guided meditation practise)

The sessions are run as bespoke workshops, so there is flexibility with delivery and timings based on your business requirements.

If you would like to speak to a member of our team to find out more about the workshops and how to book a session, please email
