While a lot of us dedicate our time to work, family life, or looking out for others, it’s important to take a step back and ask yourself if you are really looking after yourself.
Our Resilience and Wellbeing Workshop will teach you a number of simple but effective tools help develop resilience through teaching you how to:
- Rediscover your motivation
- Reconnect with what’s important to you
- Rewrite your inner critic
- Recognise your resources
By attending this workshop, you are not obliged to share personal experiences. This is simply a chance to learn new tools, hold space, reflect, and connect with others in a safe and relaxing environment.
This workshop is approximately 3 hours, and is available for groups and businesses to book, at a date or time that is convenient. Our therapists can either run the session remotely, or at a location in Devon that works for you. As an NHS service, there is no charge for booking this workshop, and it can be run for groups of up to 35 people per session.
