While a lot of us dedicate our time to work, family life, or looking out for others, it’s important to take a step back and ask yourself if you are really looking after yourself.
Our Resilience and Wellbeing Workshop will teach you a number of simple but effective tools help develop resilience. It will give you the opportunity to study the 5 areas of resilience: body, mind, connections, purpose and self.
This includes looking at:
- Our values and passions
- How we can reconnect with what’s important to us
- Self-compassion
- How we can find connection
- Creating a healthy lifestyle
- Worry management
- Cognitive restructuring
This workshop is both informative and interactive, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and reflection. By attending the workshop, you are not obliged to share personal experiences. This is simply a chance to learn new tools, hold space, reflect, and connect with others in a safe and relaxing environment.
This workshop is approximately 3 hours, and is available for groups and businesses to book, at a date or time that is convenient. Our therapists can either run the session remotely, or at a location in Devon that works for you. As an NHS service, there is no charge for booking this workshop, and it can be run for groups of up to 35 people per session.
