If you are struggling, TALKWORKS is here to help. We are a free, effective, confidential, NHS Talking Therapy Service, for people (aged 18+) in Devon (excluding Plymouth). If you need urgent help, please visit our I need help now page.
We offer appointments at a time that work for you, over the phone, through video call or face-to-face, at various locations across Devon, including GP surgeries and our team bases listed below.
You can self-refer online and also call us on 0300 555 3344 to speak to a member of the team.
If you use British Sign Language (BSL) you can contact us via Interpreters Live, during our opening hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 4.45pm.
