Living with a long-term health condition
A long-term health condition is something that affects your body for many years and needs regular care.
When we are having difficulties with our physical health, it can also affect our mood. This is because our mind and body are connected and affect each other.
You may have been living with a health condition for many years, or you may have been recently diagnosed. Either way, it's important you get the care you need so that you can live well with a long term condition.
How can our Talking Health team help with a long term condition?
