Look out for TALKWORKS as we head out on the road this summer
Our TALKWORKS staff and volunteers will be out and about this summer, attending a range of local events across Devon.
From community festivals to county shows, our teams are looking forward to meeting members of the local community and raising awareness of our free NHS Talking Therapies service (open to adults, age 18+ living in Devon, outside Plymouth).
Keep an eye out for us at the following events:
- Devon County Show (Thursday 21 - Saturday 23 May, Westpoint Exeter)
- Exeter Community Mental Health Day (Monday 1 June, Corn Exchange)
- Exeter Respect Festival (Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, Belmont Park)
- Torbay Pride (Saturday 13 June, Torre Abbey Meadows)
- Moving Forward, Tiverton (Thursday 18 June, Tiverton)
- Exmouth Pride (Saturday 20 June, Manor Gardens)
- Torbay Armed Forces Day (Saturday 20 June, Paignton Green)
- Mid Devon Show (Saturday 25 July, Tiverton)
- North Devon Show (Wednesday 4 August, Umberleigh)
- Teignmouth Pride (Saturday 5 September, Teignmouth)
At each of the shows, you’ll be able to chat to our friendly team, ask questions and find out more about how TALKWORKS can help to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. We’ll also have plenty of free resources about TALKWORKS that you can take away with you.
