Our 2025 festive opening times

TALKWORKS will be open over the festive period, however please be aware of some small changes to our opening hours. We will be closed on the following days:

  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year's Day

Our phone lines will also close early at 3pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

If you would like to access mental health support over Christmas, please visit our mental health resources page. You can self-refer to TALKWORKS at any time during the festive period by completing our online referral form or by emailing our team at dpt.talkworks@nhs.net.

If you would like to speak to a member of the team about our opening times or have a query about an appointment over the Christmas period, please call us on 0300 555 3344.   

If you need urgent mental health support, please call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. The phone line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
