Our TALKWORKS for Wellbeing group is here to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours by using ideas from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
The course will cover a number of different topics including:
- Learning more about depression and anxiety, and how they can affect us
- What healthy habits we can develop to make changes to our lifestyle
- How we can improve our sleep
- How to stop worrying and challenge unhelpful thinking
- Confronting our fears and managing anxiety
- How we can live well by making choices that are right for us
The TALKWORKS for Wellbeing group runs once a week, every week, for six weeks. Each session is two hours long and is run online via MS Teams.
You must be receiving therapy from TALKWORKS for a common mental health problem (such as low mood, anxiety or stress) to attend this group.
