Prior to receiving employment support, I was struggling on a daily basis. The support team were invaluable. They listened and enabled me to reflect on where I was and what I needed to do next. They guided me through many aspects of support and increased my confidence to trial new ideas and ways of doing things. They made me feel worthwhile again. I am now starting training and exploring a new pathway to enable me to do work that resonates with me and gives me a sense of purpose.
